1 TBSP whole wheat or white flour
1 TBSP sugar (do not substitute)
1 TBSP unsweetened cocoa
a pinch of baking soda
a pinch of salt
1 TBSP of low fat vanilla yogurt, add more if needed to blend the mixture

mix all in a microwave safe bowl, cook on high for about a minute. Enjoy!

No worries

Not quite as good as pan brownies, but great in a pinch or when you feel lazy during your period...or whenever

So Aunt Flo's visiting, is she, Sunny?

Actually, it sounds good.....if only I had some vanilla yogurt in the house.  I wonder how it would taste with that key lime pie stuff I have in there....

I've got some fruit on the bottom yogurt. I could take the yogurt off the top and add a few drops of vanilla extract.

Sounds great Des! Thats the fun thing about this recipe, you can add anything you want pretty much

Especially enjoyable if your like me and end up having lots of candy making goods around. I topped it with everything from andies mints to the mint melts i make for christmass.

I am getting closer and closer to trying it and the day moves along. I don't have vanilla yogurt, just plain. But that will not stop me...

Plain works just as well, try adding a smidge of vanilla extract and it should be just fine

DYING for chocolate. Damn I think I have a way to win the "war on drugs" now. The dealers can all go legit, bringing emergency chocolate. Maybe I can even file the right papers and get medicare to reimburse it. Then I could corner the market and the price would go up.

But then I remember the story of the Hunt brothers............
