sounds about as much "reality" as FOX news ,basically premeditated ,diluted ,agenda forming and far from truth...
..maybe a nature documentary would be more educational lol

I was able to check out an episode of the show yesterday. The men in it seemed full of drama, resentment and anger for the most part and the women came across as bitchy control freaks or emotionally unstable nuts. For one thing, it made me appreciate my husband. Jillian had more fights with her husband in the hour I watched the show than I have had in 8 years of marriage. It also appears the women, or at least the friends of the ladies on the show, are huge lushes. Is this how successful working women are portrayed?

Anyway...on a side note, I hope everyone realizes reality tv IS scripted. Almost 100%. In fact, this one looks nearly entirely scripted. The drama is mostly manufactured, so my comments are with a grain of salt - I bet Jillian is not THAT unstable. I've had the opportunity to work close to a couple of reality tv shows and have seen the size of the crew that follows these people around and how things are cut and redone if they aren't good enough, right down to producers saying, "Why don't you say it this way," etc.

Hello A/all!

I won't claim that this would be a great situation for me; but, I think that I could make it into a positive experience for all concerned.

While my general house keeping philosophy is "Dust-Keeps." I'll bet that my whites are as white as anybody's. I also wash a mean dish (after all I was a professional). I also can cook a few really great dishes, and I am willing to learn more.

There are other things that I bring to the... umm... table. I can cut and split firewood like nobody's business. I'll build that little gazebo you always wanted with the little water feature near by. I'll patch the sidewalk... trim the trees... and... Well, you get the idea.

Picture this: You come home from work. I hand you your favorite drink at the door and relive you of your briefcase. I lead you past a crackling fire place to a relaxing bubble bath. I use your favorite Loofa (sp?) to scrub away the tensions of the day....

Yeah! I think that I could make that work!

As for the TV show?.. I wonder if the guys do any of the above (other than laundry).

I have not seen the show, but
I will stick to wanting a male wife.
What I need around here is a good little man, to keep
this place up, take care of me, and fetch things for me.
