Was just sitting here thinking about different ways
Masters/Mistresses/Switches
Apply Discipline to their Subs/Slaves
According to their age?

Is it different for a Sub/Slave who is much younger
then another Sub?slave?

I use discipline and punishments that are specific to the individual so age isn't the important thing, their personality and needs are the important thing. Also since I tend to prefer slaves who are very service focused I've found that practice, doing something over, and just being told "I'm disappointed" is generally all I need to do.

It is dependent on what would work on that individual and frankly I can't see how age would work into that.

Doesn't matter if she is 20,40 or 60 if she likes being spanked then spanking isn't a good punishment. If she hates the cane then it would make a good punishment

Status: offline 		Unless the person is in their teens, no I really wouldn't see a need to change how discipline is done based on age.

Discipline should change based on the person, their personality and their own structure, but I don't think age is a serious factor in that. I think once you've reached the point of being able to be in a serious relationship, you can handle basic concepts of discipline directly.

I am of the mind that discipline should be:

a. Based on your own established and enjoyed methods;

b. Optionally adaptive to the slave/submissive's personality and nature of offense.

Status: offline 		Master knows what trigger points effect me the most, and therefore what discipline is required. Age is irrelevant to it.

the old can be young and the young can be old ... things should be based on the individual.

I agree with Raven, one submissive/slave's punishment is another's pleasure--so I don't see it as age but person dependent--

(Raven --do I sense a certain new friskiness in your tone these days?)

Status: offline 		It is a bit hard to apply discipline based on age. After all, we are all adults, aren't we? Even when we act like children. I doubt there are many people over 18 who still live with, and recieve punishment from their parents. Now in age play, perhaps. However, I don't see there being any real "age appropriate" punishment for adults, other than something that they don't like.
