Men love pregnant women because for the simple fact that it's totally fascinating to them. It's a woman doing the most amazing and powerful thing in the world which is to make and deliver a baby and then yet at the very same time she's vulnerable and fragile while housing the new life.

Pregnancy presents totally different risks and consequences for men and women. The biological demands aren’t equal. 

Besides the fertilizer deposit by the man, female genetic contribution to new life far surpasses the man’s by numerous proportions.  The man provides exactly one half of a single diploid set of chromosomes but everything else comes from her the mother, even including all those big numbers of copies of the that one-half set that came from a sperm!! 

So it's a matter of being in awe at what a miraculous and mysterious and amazing powerful thing only the female can do that he the man can't do. Birth babies.

Do you have any idea how that fetish got started? There was a widely spread urban myth in the '80s and '90s about teenaged girls being abductd by the Satanic Child Abuse Conspiracy (qv) and used as brood mares. I do wonder if a few dominant types may not have read these accounts back in the day and thought: "John Norman missed that one!"

Well, yes a pregnant women is very, very sexy. She gets another dimension. You touch her belly and it moves, her tits grow. Physically, her shape, her movement becomes more animal. Maybe there is an objectification or rather an animalisation angle.

I hope one day to be a father. I just got to find a woman who will allow me those breeding rights, or priviledge and honor.
