okay luv, let'snot get excited, really, because I LIVE here and have lived for a BIG part of my life in California (and paid local, state and federal taxes there, as a resident alien with NOTHING on my record, a PERFECT citizen, incase anyone want's to bitch...)

and it'sa not the same.

our economy, even our TOURISM economy, is based on TOTALLY different precepts, factors, consumer-bases, etc. We are a SOCIALIST country that has had the "Obama-Care" medical care system for over 20 years (and which saved my life and use of my limbs which allows me to post this to you know and here).

NOTHING in Australia that plays out has any bearing or true parity to what happens where you are and live (I wish it did; you'd me better off no matter what fuck-ups OUR pollies make). Wen we are good boys, we are good in a different way, and when corruption raises its head, our corruption comes from a somewhat different sourse and has a (somewhat appreciably different) effect.

we have NOT had the same lay-offs and foreclosures and repo's and (all other USA issues from the Global Financial Crisis) that the USA has suffered.

we have problems, w have "bullshit unemplyment and employment" figures, but overall, our sitch with interest rates as per the GFC should not fairly be used as a "spark off" post for a valuable post on any economic situation.

Now just remember as you read this, I am the make-up and costume loving bredder-boy who pinched your ass; I am on YOUR side.

but back when I actually did have CDs, and I learned elsewhere was higher- I felt like I did not get the best deal.

A good many in America would move to Australia. One thing to consider- when a nuke goes off- it very likely WILL BE NORTHERN HEMISPHERE. The odds are for north- which means Aussies are safer....from fall out and such. :-)

I never thought of Aussies as illegal immigrants. Not in the least.

maybe with anti-rad medicines it would be relatively survivable, but back when the French were doing their nuke tests here (gotta love them Froggies), we had evidence regarding fall-out probabilities that indicated that even a nuke taking out San Fran would eventually give everyone HERE rad poisoning that would be lethal enough to basically have us all dead within 50 years, if not sooner, taking into account the higher payloads of today versus the 50's-late 60's.

of course the funny thing will be that everyone would be infertile so Hets would no longer have ANY advantage over queerfolk at all, LOL

Years ago we all went canoeing. As part of the tour we had to sign a disclaimer. My brother is a fun guy. He signed the form. "Indiana Jones" scribbled like a 5th grader. The rental agent just smiled and let us thru. LMAO!

He is mouthing out comments veg of my sandwich mate. LMAO. This was near Indianapolis. Turkey Run State Park. The glaciers missed that park- very NICE.

I almost moved to LA to date a pilot in the 80s. I was packed and ready to go- when I decided he was a drunk.

They do those nuke tests in the Nevada desert-among other places... so I see your point.

Did I mention you azz looks particularly HOT today?
