I have not read all the answers, and I am not the one that banned you;however the one that did notified me as per the rules of  moderation here. You violated TOS, whether you meant to whisper or not, you tried to sell drugs in a room full of people.Moreover, more than the 30 pound remark came in the room instead of a whisper, or the moderator involved would not have know if you were talking about weed, or a big ass parakeet you were contemplating buying.

Lastly, you were banned for a day. Please at least know your punishment before asking for help. Also be aware, the ban could have been a lot longer, the moderator apparently took into consideration that you were under the influence when placing the ban. Possibly to be safe, instead of trying to whisper something like that, get off site before you talk about it, makes all of out lives easier.

edited to add: another thing to think about, if you had a mike maybe your mouth was running independently of your fingers.......just a thought.

If you would like to take this private, I answered your cmail.If not, you were NOT having a private chat with your friend, you were talkin on your mike for all to hear, and you posted a comment in open room. You were not warned, because we assume you actually read the rules you agreed to when you signed up.
And,first its a joke, then you say you wanted to know if someone wanted some pot, at least get the story straight before you try to sell THAT, ok?

They can go into a private room and make a private chat, which he DID NOT do. He stayed in the main room.

How much you make in a week? I"ll take that bet. You also have to remember with 100 cams or so, moderators (well paid that they are) cannot sit there 24/7 and watch every one(and who would want to??? ugggg) I digress though;if others are breaking the rules, either report them or suck it up and shut up. The defense of "He did it, why cant I get away with it too" is dissapointing at best.

I do not know where the exact spot but at some point you had to acknowedge and accept the terms of service. whether or not you choose to read those tems is your choice, so you were warned
All sexuals acts are for the most part are legal with a consenting adult. If the DA was a real hardass they could possibly charge you with a felony as a sale with that much weight is not for personal use
You knew it was a joke, maybe everyone in the chat room knew it was a joke, but the people who view these logs don't. They have to take what they read at face value. CM owners are not running this site out of the goodness of their heart, they are doing it to make money. They could have been easily shut down because of your comments. They could have kicked you off the whole board , but they didn't. I sympathize, but you have only yourself to blame
