well i have a question and i am kinda upset to be honust, i got booted from the video chat and now i see that i have been totally banned. the comment i made was not that bad at all, i have actually made alot of friends in the video chat,, and i enjoy the site,, what should i do,,i never had a chance to say i was sorry,as i was taken off guard

the comment was

private chat

you look like your stoned
i am stoned
wanna buy 30 pounds of weed lol

that was the conversation,,and im banned,,

any info

ps,,,please no bashing,, i just want a simple answer,,the chat was in private,,but i hit the wrong key,,and the 30 pounds came up in the live room,,

i dont think this warents banned for live,,,however its not my website,,sorry if anyone was hurt,,i ment no harm

honey, the deal is that there aren't supposed to be direct references to illegal activities such as you describe, even in jest. It is one thing to say, as I do, that I am an advocate for legalization (which I am), but it is quite another thing to ask if someone would like to make a purchase before that happens..

And unfortunately, there is no way to prove you were kidding. You made a reference to a drug deal, and they have to assume you were being serious to cover their own asses. I mean, come on, can you imagine the hell that would go on here if they allowed everything to be glossed over with a "whoops, I didnt mean that" or an "I was just joking"?

PEOPLE,,it was a joke,,WHY WASENT i warned..why didnt anyone explain anything to me? i have witnessed MANY times ppl beeing TOLD OFF,,nasty horrid things said about them..i wasent stealing pics, i wasent beeing rude,, i wasent calling names,, i wasent degradeing anyone,, i wasent beeing racist,, i wasent loud,, i was haveing a private conversation with a friend,, who was stoned,,and actually was smoking weed on cam,,and i hit the wrong key,,SO now i have to say goodbuy to all the friends i made,,over the last 4 months ,, becasue i mentioned if someone wanted some pot...i thought i was a member of this site,, i haddent had a problem until tonight,,i been talking in live chat for awhile and thought everyone liked me,,

Meh... Vidchat moderators are lame. Someone claimed one of us said we were 17 (while we were 19) and we got banned with no warning for a week or so.

Just be thankful that you are not banned from CM entirely.

As it is a violation of TOS and even though almost no one reads those things, you said you did, or at least you had to check a box saying that you did when you created your ID or you would not be on CM...

Therefore, you violated the terms. You can take it to a moderator but it is unlikely it will do any good.

Even had you not jested on the purchasing part, but mentioned you were stoned, that alone could be enough to get you banned. So be careful, be thankful you still have any access and take it as a hard lesson learned...

You WERE warned in the TOS that you stated you read and agreed to prior to your membership being approved.

And yes, it is acceptable for a man to proposition a woman, and beat off while doing it. There is nothing illegal about what he is doing.
There IS something very illegal about offering to sell drugs.

Not only are the mods sensitive about illegal activities, they are even sensitive about things that have the POTENTIAL to become illegal.  There have been posts mentioning minors that were just chatty and did not involve kink, and the mods pulled them just to be safe.

Keeping the site from getting slammed by the law is a priority for them.

while i do not touch the stuff i know very highly successful business people who smoke it religiously, and they are fine. hell my own literature professor in college told me he stayed stoned and it helped him understand the writting, he was seen as brilliant by most.  i have a pain condition and if i could i would try and take a thc pill. So "STONERS DONT FRY THEIRS BRAINS" not unless they stay in that state contantly. It is safer than alcohol by any means. ive never heard of a story where someone got stoned and went and robbed something, or killed someone, or drove high and wrecked and killed. But alcohol !!!!!

To OP, yeah ya gotta be careful this coming from queen of fuck ups on threads.....
try begging for forgiveness, it probably wont work but keep trying.
You could start fresh as well with a new profile and behave.
