Actually sanity, as a rule its far easier to immigrate to Canada legally than it is to do so to the US, and its easier to get in here illegally as well. Illegals have no access to our health care system. To get covered you need a health card, to get one of those you must prove your immigration/citizenship status. They are not simple things to forge, and in Ontario at least they are picture IDs, so even harder to fake. While its pretty certain their are illegals with counterfeit health cards, those are few and far between simply due to the fact that such cards are expensive due to the difficulty of faking them.
In fact, the lack of access to medical coverage for illegals is one of the reasons we have less illegals (as a percentage of population) here...well that and the fact that it gets fucking inhospitable in the winter.

Status: offline 		I don't know where you live or he lives but try contacting your congressman and see if somebody on his staff can do anything. Another option is contacting this guy, I like him, it looks like he's got the guts to take action and do something.

So how is taking me to court forcing me to pay the bill when I can just file bankruptcy? Like I said, all the hospital can do at its worse is hurt your credit.

Hell, if this guy is having such a hard time with hospitals, try getting the free medical treatment method.

1. Tear up all personal records. Drivers license, social security card, birth certificate, etc...

2. Learn a new language and forget English every existed.

3. Walk into the ER and just put X on all your paper work.

4. Walk out healthy and never get a bill.

This actually is a viable option.
No paper trail, things that make ya go hummmmm.
