If your goal is to make the spanking have an burning effect and want the most bang for your buck (more impact/sensation with the least amount of effort on your part) - then spank them when their ass is wet. Simple water will radically change how that force is delivered and felt. It really will greatly intensify even a mild smack. Not all of those flyswatters are created equal. I have two. One of them takes two AA batteries and delivers a fairly mild zap...although it will kill a yellowjacket fairly well. The other takes two D batteries and will really get your attention. It will zap a June bug. When my son was a teenager he thought is was great fun to chase me through the house and zap me with it. Once he nailed me on my funny bone and it left me with two numb fingers for a couple of days....not to mention there was nothing funny about it.
