Can't say I've experienced the electric fly swatter-- but I've played with Icy Hot and similar things quite a bit. Combining those with spanking/ paddling can make for a very intense experience, so get your subbie into sub-space by working up slowly. My only piece of advice is to not break the skin while you have the Icy Hot on. The contact with open cuts is a little too much for all but the most demented masochists. It can go from erotic pain to nothing but pain at that point pretty quickly.

I bought a couple off ebay, they came from Saudi or somewhere there from abroad, looks like a tennis raquet, and has mesh for strings and runds off AA batteries, and at thye press of the button on the swing it gives out a shock and it works on flies.
But saying that, I accidentally caught my ex partner in the swing (on his elbow) and I thought he was going to have a heart attack there and then, he complained for over a week of pain across his chest and arm.
So not for the week hearted or really anyone human. Fair enough to say I make sure i am the only one in a room when swinging the bat around.

He suggested to the orginal OP acupuncture, a good sound spanking, some ice, spank the bum so more, apply icy hot, grab the electric fly swatter and end it with some rubbing alcohol.

He also suggests wet towel whippings.

He's also wrapped me up in that saran body wrap stuff and then did the fly swatter thingy. He's also done the wet towel whippings too and he LOVES icey hot. But after awhile icy hot isnt so bad. = )

I have to agree with LuckyAlbatross here... I haven't met a single person who enjoys the electro-fly-zapper-thingy.  If you're looking for something sadistic and very intense...oooo...I'd say you were definately onto something here.

I would recommend substituting the Icey Hott with Purell...simply because your talking about the possibilities of having broken skin.  Icey Hott is a WONDERFUL toy...but it's probably not a great idea to rub it into a wound.  (Purell is more sanitary...will help clean the wound...and hurts like hell. <EG> )

Edited to add: Keep in mind that Purell is flammable!  I know Purell can be ignited with a violet wand...I don't know about how it will react with a bug-zapper.  So...this has the potential to add an element of fire play into your scene...but you did sound as though you were looking for something especially intense.
