1 tablespoon of olive oil is 100 calories. Olive oil cooking spray is 0. that saves you anywhere from 700-1400 calories in just one week, depending on how often you'd cook chicken in that. Also, don't forget about beans!! Beans are fat free, high in fiber, and high in protein. Just this evening i had some left over baked chicken, some northern beans, a little sprinkle of low-fat cheddar cheese and a little plain greek yogurt all rolled up in a tortilla! Mmmm! Also, don't forget about lentils. They are so good and you can cook them in so many ways.
