Difficult? I do not see the logic in your statement. Let us say for the sake of arguement he is successful and is able to convice the college crowd to look into this board, it is not like they are going to announce that the OP brought them and even if they did, so what? He is not responsible for their actions once they get here

You said it was a "crazy idea."  Now that we agree with you and explained why we agree it's a "crazy idea," you get all upset.  You were not attacked.  People pointed out the flaws of your "crazy idea" is all that has happened here.

I'll be honest...most younger people I know see bdsm as being lame, cheesy and geeky, something old people are into.

Fronm the university definitely, as to the board owners, unless there is something in TOS, they have no right to voice an opinion. all they concern themselves with for the most part is the ability to generate income and law of averages state if their are more people, the chances are, so will push on those revenue generating links

Try not to let it bother you so much.

Yeah, some people were awfully blunt, I'll sure give you that. It gets like that sometimes; I don't know why. But don't let it get to you. You had an original and very well-intended idea, did some good work putting it together. I, for one, thought you did a terrific job with it, for whatever that may or may not be worth. Why not take that away from the thread, and leave the scorn behind where it can't gnaw at you.

Status: offline 		Most Universities require that items posted on campus be officially approved by the University, to be stamped with the approval, and to have a date to be removed on it.   i doubt that you could get the necessary approval. 
 
Starting a munch would be a better way to increase interest in the lifestyle.

Flatterer!  While I know that you are very sweet in saying that, I can promise you that it is not the case.  Some of My less popular opinions revolve around quite a few subjects:

The pronoun capitalization debate.  (The caps for Me, Mine, etc.) 

My personal definition for Master/Mistress.  (Meaning My opinion on having a slave before self proclaiming the title.)

Might as well throw in that I have different definitions for bottom, sub, and slave, too.

Darn near any debate revolving around those topics regarding the leather community.

Then, there's always that inexperienced tops need to get more experience than what they should gain on the net.

Speaking of the net, let's not get into the online vrs real time debate.

How about the fact that I don't believe in infidelity, and I'm poly to boot?


That's just the tip of the iceberg.  People disagree with Me rather regularly.  In the long run, I figure that's ok because it's rare for Me to find anyone who disagrees with Me on everything.  There's almost always some kind of common ground, even if it takes a while to find it.

The only person it would not help is the individual who is in a commited relationship and who would be ok with paying for the use of this site

When people are interested in something, they expend time, energy, and money in that thing.  That's a way to know that something is valued.  There are people from all over the world on this site, people who don't even speak English, and somehow they have found it.  I do believe that the youthful crowd (if my university going niece and her friends are an indicator) could find this if they wanted it.  Frankly, they are pretty well versed in what's what considering they've been brought up on reality television and such.

Actually, I fall into that category, so I can't argue.  I wouldn't mind paying a small monthly charge for the site.  I've always seen it more as a discussion forum than a dating site anyway.

for the website it is good......ad income...
for those who have some one perhaps not.....for those looking..the chance to meet becomes higher
