I cant tell you how many times I got messages from people saying how bad a slave I was, or that I was just a player etc...people taking how I was acting or being or talking online as an assessment of my nature and intentions.....which was far from the reality. Guess my point here is, you cant even take peoples "type" as an assessment of character or whether the person is a player or not. There are so many variables. Master took the time to get to know me..the real me...and He got rewarded with the most fantastical slave who ever lived *grin* hehe

*nods* It takes time to get to know people.. and one of my big things.. is .. Actions and words agree. Even thousands of miles away.. Do they keep their word to be where they say? Do they call when they said they will? After weeks of talking, do they still like the same things they said in the begining? Do their stories seem to change? Did they say they're a mechanic and yet still tell you that blinker fluid does need replacing? Or parts of their day that just don't match up.. like they got up, went to work, came home, and are talking to you, yet they seem to have had time to do 20 other things that day or seem to have had conversations with 20 people that day that don't work with them? They have a roomate, but the roomate never answers the phone when you call or never is there, but you talk to them on the computer 5 minutes prior to calling.

One idiosycrasy isn't enough to ditch someone really, it can always be written off to misunderstanding.. but when a couple things start adding up wrong.. then you know its time to flee.

And, Jali, there will always be many that jump to conclusions that you're not who you say you are. Thats fine. They can go jump off a bridge. As in real life and the real world, you should only point fingers if you realise you have 3 fingers pointing back at you. The only opinion of yourself that really matters is yours (and your Master's of course).

I know this has moved on in the forum, but one thing about observing someone being logged-in at all hours....I never bothered to log out until someone sent me several messages in a row-the last one asking why I wasn't answering.

All I did was X out before I signed off the computer-I think it still shows you as being online.

Someone limiting the amount of Cokes you can drink is a warning sign...

*sobs*

Can someone pass me some chocolate please?

(sorry I'm posting so much today....the Coke deprivation is SO unfair...and I'm at loose ends...and...*sobs again*)
