If you're tired of seeing those top five, I suggest you re-sort the list by one of the other criteria given. You don't have to sort them by who was on most recently. Some people have little programs that reload their profile page constantly just so they can stay at the top of the default sort order which is "last online." But there are two or three other list sort choices, I beleive.
