Ok, I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt here and try to hear what pet's hearing.
Seriously, are you wanting to learn? Because alot of the topics and posts I've seen of yours say otherwise. Believe it not, everyone here started off as a clueless newb. If this is your case, I'd suggest you read...and read...and read...and ask questions that don't come across as snarky, snippy, whiny or poor pitiful me.
There are alot of people who are willing to share their knowledge with you if you ask politely and then listen to what they have to say. Agree or disagree, everyone has their own style. There's no handbook we can give you that will get you exactly what you want. Anyone who has experience has gotten it through trial and error, they have fuckered up, done really well, succeeded and failed all at some point or another.
