Your main photo looks like it was likely taken at your parents' home.
The second one, shows you to be a slob.
Together it paints the picture of you living at home.
Couple that with your opening statement, it makes you sound like you don't have a car or any money.

In other words, I think it is perfect. [:D]

p.s. Great choice on the sweatshirt: it will perfectly match any fancy bordered mail that comes your way.
