Status: offline 		A glass of milk at home, followed by a cup of coffee (no sugar) and a SlimFast snack bar when I get to work.

Status: offline 		What is breakfast? I eat once or twice a day and sometimes I don't bother at all.. But I hardly sleep either about every third night I get to bed at midnight and sleep for 18 hours then it is up for the next couple of days... I guess the concept of Breakfast Lunch and dinner has less importance.. If I'm hungry I eat.

Status: offline 		Usually a mixture of 1 egg and 1/2C egg substitute scrambled with spinach, mushrooms, green onion and low fat cheese. About once a week i have steel cut oatmeal with berries. I follow the South Beach plan.

Status: offline 		Coffee! once I am a bit more awake then if I'm hungry I'll eat whatever I feel like that I have in, but typicaly breakfast is JUST coffee.

French toast (just egg and bread mind you no cinnamon or sugary crap or even vanilla)
slathered in butter.

I find it helps maintain my turgidity, and a good scare on a cold morning easily flakes the cholesterol from the veins.

Lucky slave! The only cream i get most mornings is in my coffee. LOL

Status: offline 		I rarely eat in the mornings either. However when I travel for business or if I am vacating then I do eat breakfast. When I do eat it I have eggs, toast, bacon, & sometimes french toast or pancakes.
