Status: offline 		Weekdays: 4 eggs over easy, vegetarian sausage links, half cup of grapefruit juice.

Weekends: some peanut butter straight from the jar, plus herb tea if it's cold in the house.

Status: offline 		These little square things called raisin wheats. They taste like shit but it easy to get the bits out of my teeth before I brush them. They also keep me regular

Status: offline 		hehe..i think i eat the most different breakfast here..
i usually have steamed, short grained rice..which is very sticky and sweet, a type of soup, salted and dried seaweed and a cup of green tea..
it's a simple korean breakfast..

Status: offline 		It varies from day-to-day. Often lots of coffee and a couple of donuts. Also: Oatmeal with lots of fruit, yogurt and fruit, toast or cold cereal with fruit. Always lots of coffee.

Status: offline 		A banana..or a yogurt...or nothing..depends on what's in the fridge or on the table...and whether my tummy decides to sleep longer than I or not but never cerial..I don't have the patience it..it takes me ages to eat it and I don't like to spend much time eating

Status: offline 		I cook a hot breakfast most everyday, bacon or sausage and eggs with toast or biscuits, sometimes french toast, homemade pancakes, just depends on what I feel like doing....Shhhhh!!! don't tell jessika !!!! she'll have me drawn and quartered for setting back the Womens movement............

Status: offline 		Diet Coke in the summer and English Breakfast tea in the winter. Special K Red Berries with skim milk and two packets of Splenda usually. If I go out for brunch on the weekends, then pancakes or a veggie omelette.

Status: offline 		This depends on if I'm being good or not.  When being good, a bowl of whole grain cereal, fresh fruit, and non-fat milk. 

When not being good, it could be a breakfast sandwich, hash browns and OJ, or a cinnamon roll and coffee.

Status: offline 		A soft-boiled egg, half a glass of low sodium V8 juice, and sometimes a piece of fruit.

Had to give up the bagels and peanut-butter when I lowered the carbs in my diet. (sigh)

Breakfast starts my day
(with different menus for variety)
muesli
porridge (oats) mmmmmm on a wintry morning
fruit and yogurt
fruit loaf
eggs, toast, tomato grilled and musherooms with a hot chocolate or mocha coffee (weekend special)
english muffins or crumpets
hotcakes or croixants (a luxury)
perferred morning drinks - tea and or fruit juice

Status: offline 		I usually take a swig of orange juice as I'm running out the door to catch the train.  Then, if I remember, I'll take a yogurt or banana with me to eat at my desk, but usually just have a cup of coffee.  Not very exciting.

Status: offline 		interesting question.......M - F...herb tea and any of of the following: a bagel with cream cheese and lox, whole grain bread with peanut butter,  oatmeal with raisins and soysilk, cold pizza, omg my fav when I have made it...cold lasagna, orrrr plain yogurt with fruit, oh rarely some cold cereal such as Grapenuts. Weekends....a pot of french market coffee and chickory cafe au lait made with whole milk then lunch around 10 - 11.
