We are polluting our enviroment, that is for sure, something which will come back and bite us, if it is not doing so already, ( rise of allergic conditions, decreased fertility in males and others issues), but human made global warming, I don't believe so, it is something created by those who wish to alarm, control and extract money. Carbon credits for example, after the fact, in reality permission to pollute, perhaps a small price to pay after the damage is done, a bit of illegal dumped waste in the local watercourse, far cheaper than specialist and expensive hazardous waste removal, hey despite the carbon credit payment, money saved. As an aside from the so called man made global warming issue, looking at the graphs of the data collected and presented, to me it is interesting that when there has been a warm plateau on the graph, people of the various cultures seem to have thrived as a society in these periods. But on looking at these graphs, we, our present world temperature, is not yet at the temperature these thriving societies existed in, so, perhaps the warming will in effect, do us good, if history is to be taken as an example.

At it again, eh? The first quote doesnt deny climate change it disputes whether CO2 is in and of itself enough to cause climate change. And variation30 committed the egregious error on this board of not being precise in his language by saying saying global warming without saying "manmade" which is how I read his post. You are right. Now that we are past your ego, was there something of substance in any of the OP? Climate change is occurring. Guess what? It happens all the time. Now show some proof of how much man is adding to it in comparison with how much is naturally occurring. Man is polluting the environment, but to what degree it has a global impact is what seems to be disputed. Hell I am more upset about all the damn plastic floating in our water, the amount of pollutants in our water, and all the land that is contaminated so it cannot be used. WHOA WHOA WHOA WHOA WHOA!!!! Hold on here. Evidence or not we should be conscience of the fact that it can indeed happen. Man made or natural it does not matter... respect the damn planet. I cannot recall the exact place I am paraphrasing this from but think of it this way. Climate Change Does Happen vs. Climate Change Does Not Happen Do Something About it vs.Do Nothing About it Okay, so these are the properties of what could happen, and since we cannot predict the future.... so... Climate Change Does happen and we do nothing about it = well, more room on the planet for other people, or no one. Death. Blah blah blah..... Climate Change Does happen and we do something about it = YAY we are saved from our own stupidity. Climate Change Does not happen and we do something about it = Well, we wasted alot of money but we did learn alot and have fresh new technology to expand our virus like tendrils into the kosmos. Climate Change Does not happen and we do nothing about it = we were feeling lazy that century. nothing happened... except for people killing each other. So in each of these scenarios what would I pick? DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT AND STOP BICKERING ABOUT USELESS TRIVIAL WHAT COULD BE AND WOULD COULD NOT BE I AM RIGHT AND YOU ARE LEFTY. wha wha wha wha.... and so I do not have to come back to another thread about straw men, and posing evidence that could or could not be accurate look up Green Power Science on Youtube..... or anything on alternative energy.... ANYTHING. You don't have to build a fancy solar panel (which is inefficient btw). The things that can be done with CARDBOARD. With CARDBOARD. Solar ovens with cardboard that can boil water! Cardboard painted black and insulated are used as HEATERS!!! The standard temperature that comes out of it is about 135 degrees and uses the 'heat rises' principle to passively heat air. Ever hear of Earthships? Anywhoos..... Talk is cheap and I am doing things to benefit not only the planet but other people. Have fun bickering. Better than television. XC

Fortunately i'll be dead before the stupidity of the arrogant deniers comes to it's cataclysmic conclusion...perhaps that is why some are so cavalier about global warming, it won't affect them in the long run so full steam ahead.
