Huh, I sure do keep seeing the word "IF" in a lot on messages here. "If" really does not matter, all that matters are the facts, which the courts will bring out.

And TG, of course we see innocence first, because according to the law in the USA you are innocent until proven guilty, you are not judged on "if's" of what people want to see, if there was a pathway, if their where children at a bus stop, if his drapes where open, if if if, it all really does not matter if it starts with "IF"

Ok, lets take it this way.

She says there was.. he says it was too early to see. She says she saw him. He agrees he was naked. Had he been dressed, she could not have seen what she did.

The polices job is to enforce the law, not to make it.

You believe we are all too fast to lay out his potential blame. I believe you are too fast to believe he is completely innocent.

I think people believe they have an expectation of privacy within their own homes. And they do, to a point....
