Even though I am not seeking a  domme,  allow me to impart this bit of advice. Not only do you need to express what you are about you need to approach a woman in a manner which you are communicating to her as a person and not to the role she identifies with. Express who you are as a person, your likes/dislikes, interests and what you have to offer her as a person and then as a submissive. Most want to know the man first, they want know that you are not just another male who is always concerned about his wants and needs and giving that impression that he will put his needs above her's. That is the main reason why I am able to call many dommes friend, they know I will not treat them with disrespect nor will I treat them less then what they are- they are a person first.

Thank you sexy hairy beary!! That's the best thing I've read in a quite a while.[:)]

LadyNTrainer -> RE: Where do old subs go? (11/3/2009 7:09:13 PM)

One of my favorite play buddies is over 70 years old.  He's wonderful and I love him lots.  For Christmas one year I gave him a custom modified Energizer Bunny, all anatomically correct and in leather and chain harness.  That man takes a licking and keeps on ticking!

He's such an all around nice and willing guy, and keeps himself in such good shape with regular gym-going, that he never lacks for partners at a femdom event.  I guarantee he gets a lot more play and a lot more dommes willing to spend time with him than younger, hotter guys who are not as nice, friendly and sincerely willing to work to make other people happy.

It's not your age, it's your attitude.  With the right attitude you can be over 70 and get multiple play dates with dommes at every event.  My friend H. is living proof.

Not one problem, the problem.    It's frustrating,

No, it isn't.  Someone I'm exceedingly fond of is 52.  I'm 50.  His cheerful yet cheeky attitude, sense of humour, reliability, and thoughtfulness got my attention.  Make yourself into the person where women can say the same thing about you, and your age will be a lot less of a factor.

Now that it's November, we're only a few weeks away from having icebergs here in Minnesota. By mid-December, I'll have picked one out and climbed aboard. It's the only dignified thing to do.

I'll be 60 in March.  When I was 27 I had a "boy" of 63 (you do the math).  Currently training a total novice (whom I met here) 21 years my junior.  My college class ring has the year of his birth on it.  I've had 'em all up and down the age range.  As said elsewhere, "Attitude, Attitude, Attitude"  (Also doesn't hurt to write a profile.)

As to only one person looking at your profile, anyone can search on your user name, see that you don't have anything to say, and leave.  You won't see a "who's looking at me" pic of them.  'Tis only those who view your FULL profile that show up in your "view-finder."

I said *his* age, Pyro, not yours.  You're screwed. (But I still love you, anyway [:D])

And, sometimes, not even then.  Because my profile is hidden, I can look at others' full profile and not show up.  So, even when my profile is active, I have an alternative profile that's always hidden, just so that I can lurk.  Bwahahahahaha!

Thanks to all for the responses.  I've found that I'm uninteresting, my attitude needs adjusting, I have no sense of humor, and I appear to be looking for a mercy fuck.  All this and only one person actually took a look at my profile?

I'm a little confused on something.

If the profile is basically blank as CarrieO said (love her research), why would it matter if anyone has looked at it?

Huntertn -> RE: Where do old subs go? (11/3/2009 8:04:08 PM)

well hell, where do the old subs go then?????You guessed it, the "Old Sub Retirement /Firebrand
club" in Florida..lol

I thought I felt your aura peering down at me.  lol

DarkSteven -> RE: Where do old subs go? (11/3/2009 8:59:39 PM)

OP, you've gotten some pretty good advice here.

Note that PoliteSub is just as geezerly as I am, and I bet he'd never lack for female companionship for at least a meet-and-greet date because of his sense of humor.

I've flirted with several Dommes who've hinted that if I suddenly became a sub and moved to them, they'd take up with me.

I'd just like to add that I'm seriously seeking, but am enjoying myself while I do it.  I've flirted with and teased numerous women here, and had a ball.  It's not only the destination, it's also the journey.

Notsweet -> RE: Where do old subs go? (11/3/2009 9:07:05 PM)

Ok, I've laughed so hard at some of these posts--FROG, and Dove and Panda, for example--that I peed myself a little. You know how us old broads are...
Can't take us anywhere.

Lockit -> RE: Where do old subs go? (11/3/2009 9:13:13 PM)

Yeah... Steven didn't flirt with me until AFTER I moved out of Colorado! I'd have tried to turn him around for sure... but no... he had to do the long distance tease thing! (grumble, grumble!)

LOL... oh well... it has been fun! For a tease... he sure is sweet in his own little way! But I don't know if I can forgive him for waiting until I was gone to tease me! Guess it is the dom in him... Control... power and keep'um coming back for more! lol But damn... I just wanna know when he's going to put out!

DarkSteven -> RE: Where do old subs go? (11/3/2009 9:16:06 PM)

Putting out... is that all you wimmins ever think about?  Love me for my mind, not just my body.

At the rate I'm going, I think my body will give out before my mind does.

Lockit -> RE: Where do old subs go? (11/3/2009 9:20:08 PM)

It was your mind I saw first... well, actually your humor... then your heart...

So can we help it if we wanna take advantage of the whole package? I mean really... who can blame us? It is kinda the nature of the beastettes!

Notsweet -> RE: Where do old subs go? (11/3/2009 9:28:01 PM)

I'm not certain, but I think he flirted with me too a couple of days ago.

Jeez....doesn't he know I'm old?

Lockit -> RE: Where do old subs go? (11/3/2009 9:33:36 PM)

Alright chicky... read his signature line. Repeat twice. He knows exactly what he is doing! lol And.. I am older than you.. so shush! lol
