This immature behavior might be the sub space persona she has created for herself. She might feel that this childish brat behavior is the way she is expected be behave while in sub space. If she is inexperience she might be in to age play and just not know it yet, especially if you are spanking her which would definitely reinforce her childlike role. You could talk to her about this persona and tell her it isn’t attractive to you. Or you could try adopting a Daddy role and see if that complements her bratishness and helps control it.
