Look at some Yoga videos on YouTube. Some good, long stretches can really help with alleviating headaches (and a myriad of other aches and pains).

I admit it I find it exceedingly weird & downright uncomfortable to have the cleaning lady in the house.
I admit it I washed my own sheets yesterday & made my own bed.
I admit it I sat on said bed til she moved to another floor so that she wouldn't take my clean sheets off & remake my bed.
I admit it I am procrastinating on sending out more resumes.

My  IM works fine, my email however freezes my browser meaning I have to shut it down then restart everything. Let me know when we're going in.

Edited to add For headaches pinch the web of your left hand between the fingers of your right hand for 3 minutes.  Or use an ice cube there as well.

I admit it I'm doing a pretty good job of staying out of her way so that she can do her job.  It's just weird.
I admit it I didn't think about the fact that she might feel that she would get into trouble if she didn't make my bed.
I admit it I'll be out of the house next time.
I admit it I just stayed today to submit resumes.
I admit it I'm just playing on the boards & putting my things away instead of submitting the resumes.
I admit it I feel trapped on the 4th storey because I don't want to get in her way.

Linnea if you have the bed already made, I bet she can tell the difference.
But ask your sister if she is supposed to strip sheets, because she may well not. Just dust vacuum and do the kitchen and baths.

However the phrase to remember is "esta limpia" it's clean. As you pat the bed.

I hate that I'm sick again and will probably be back on the horrible antibiotics later. All the glands in my neck are swollen like marbles, I have a fever and my vertigo has been showing up. I admit I really hate it.

I admit that running errands totally exhausted me this morning, but it's A) grey outside and B) I didn't sleep well

I admit I'm thinking of catching a nap before I work out tonight

I admit eating healthy and cutting out the junk is soo easy now.

I admit that I went to go get some chocolate/sugar and all my mind said was yuck when I looked

I admit when I went to go get a snack just now I bypassed the coke, milk, and OJ for water... and the oreos, cheese, and dorritos for a honeycrisp apple.
