According to various doomsayers, prophecies, superstitions, and general hysterical ramblings, Dec. 21, 2012 will be the end of the earth.
Depending on who you believe it will either be a complete destruction of the planet, or massive disasters which will leave the majority of people dead, civilization destroyed, and generally ruin the holiday season.
Since most of the possible events are either A) impossible, B) improbable, or C) insanely outrageous, I have felt that we, as intelligent, practical (giving everyone the benefit of the doubt) and level headed, we can probably make just as many predictions on the events of the day in question.
Now, a movie due to be released has proposed that the continents will suddenly shift on the earth's crust causing earthquakes, volcanic eruptions and tsunamis. Unfortunately, according to the laws of physics, this is impossible.
I have therefore come up with possible catastrophes, or lack of catastrophes to choose from, OR you can suggest your own.
