ORIGINAL: Underumam I'll second that! After a woman goes through childbirth and in general seem to carry the weight of her people on her shoulders(in an emotional sense), she seems to be less sympathetic towards the weaknesses in men and others around her. I seriously have high doubts about the accuracy of this statement. I have no idea if this is based on your personal observations, but I have found quite the opposite in my own personal observation. That said, in either account, personal observation doesn't make a proven theory or fact. quote:
I've worked under/with both males and females in business and education, and while my experiences of working under a female were generally good, I would not have willingly been placed in any position that opposed them. In fact- I at times, have felt very sorry for those who were eaten up and spit out by them in business matters. Again, depends. Believe it or not, in my organization, there are two men and two women in senior management positions. Of the four, I am the one that people find the easiest to approach because of my nurturing side. I also set clear expectations and boundaries, and to date, have rarely "eaten up and spit any out". To me, that would be loss of composure and an automatic admittance of defeat. - LA lol. I did not mean to offend, was of course, speaking from my observations only. :) But hey- it was NOT the females who began writing "tear in my beer songs"..lol......
