I use humiliation as punishment,,,not to get me hard. (getting hard is easy..lol) If a girl ....doesn't remember the things I want her to remember..I use humiliation sometimes as a tool to make her not forget again. But you should know the border between humiliation and degradation as soem one else already mentioned.

i would say it is a feeling of being submissive. doing something humiliating is definitely something humiliatiing.
