I honestly don't know.  I will have to ask Bo if I can get him on the phone.  When I was down in Austin the last time, he made a shrimp dish with dill sauce and pasta.  there were no leftovers that night.

No I did not miss sassy pants. I read it, considered it, and realized there can be a third option. I realized from your email that I needed to go somewhere I was COMFORTABLE. And neither option I had considered worked. So, I found another gym that has yoga and an EFX... and it's right around the corner.

So, just cause I didn't do exac a tacaly what you said doesn't mean you weren't wonderfully helpful!

Going to Curves later today after getting some paperwork for the doctor's office (I still get medicaid along with Medicare).  Had to onrangize the foot of paperwork into nice tidy folders.  I will be glad when I get to Austin in April for a clean over of Lizard's bedroom (she has a wall of nothing but spitwads...) that maybe I will find her leather restraints and drop a few hints to Bo about the bunkbed.

I've been sitting on my dead ass for 2 days now.  I have loved every minute of it.  I've also been eating lots of flour & sugar.  In a few minutes, I will pack everything up, haul it to my car, drive home, haul it into the house, unpack it & go  back to eating Passover foods again & being hungry as hell!!

Tonight I have to go home & do laundry because I ran out of sports bras so no gym but   I'll workout w/my new boxing tape & do ab work in addition to a long brisk walk.

If you want chocolate, Potty, go for the dark chocolate.  Healthier for you than milk chocolate.

Wooohooo!! Got 8 loads of laundry done last night so that was alot of climbing up & down 3 flights of stairs!
This AM after drinking my usual gallon of coffee & a protein bar (didn't feel like cooking) I still lost 3lbs! Must be the magic number so I'm hoping to follow Skinny Linny's example. 3lbs a week! [sm=weightlift.gif]
