Dearest Wolf-Bear-Detective-of-all-Man-Whore-ishness-Extraordinaire,
Kalista07, hereinafter referenced as "Plaintiff" (or SupremeHuzzyOfTheThirdRockFromTheSun), was put on notice this morning that she would be held accountable for various acts of Sir-Sassery whilst said kind and gentle Sir was awaking from his slumber.
STATEMENTS OF FACT:
1) Plaintiff, with knowledge and malice aforethought, used her powers of Sam-mery for the utmost evil.
2) Plaintiff's Sir made her aware that such actions of treachery were neither acceptable nor tolerable.
3) Plaintiff then flounced off, smiling, in a way most un-slave-like.
4) Plaintiff, in an attempt to cloud the minds of the jury, and have the proceedings declared a mistrial, entered into evidence, false accusations against one pure and wholesome Switch/Slave/Mistress known to some as Daddysredhead (hereinafter referred to as Red, or simply "The Precious Lil Redheaded Girl").
5) Plaintiff has repeatedly used this most honorable tribunal of the Thread named "Farewell," in the Section of "Casual Banter," Subsection "Polls & Other Random Stupidity," on the site of Collarchat.com, alternate site to Parent Site "CollarMe.com" on the Worldwide Web, to make a mockery of the system of Dominance and Submission as is known far and wide.
6) Plaintiff is using subversion and outright falsehoods in an effort to malign, disgrace, and lible The Precious Lil Redheaded Girl, not to mention she who is known as TrappedInAMusuem (who will have to obtain her own counsel because counsel for Red is currently overworked and underpaid).
7) Plaintiff has a reputation for misrepresenting the truth in these fora, in an attempt to garner sympathy for her own misdeeds (because she is inherently evil).
8) Plaintiff is continuing to use these tactics in an effort to produce a (well) hung jury.
WHEREAS, the Falsely Accused, Red, prays for relief as is just and fitting, and in accordance with the laws, by-laws (and "bi-laws" for those who swing that way) of this audience.
FURTHER AFFIANT SAYETH NAUGHT.
