If you are concerned you could have a seperate account strictly for chatting I suppose, You could demand he answer before you proceed or you could simply ignore him. maybe he feels to give you a complete answer he must go into great length instead of just saying that he needs to know if you can because he has high blood pressure or something else that needs his pressure monitored. sounds like an odd request.
