ohhh gosh I don't know. I don't think I've ever used it. hmmmm... It sounds beautiful, just the lyrical word... I'll have to check Aunt Fab's spice drawers...

Im not eating right now. Im naked, in bed, fresh from a shower, with a towel on my head.

I did make some peach soy chicken wings night before last

Jar of peach preserves, table spoon of honey, soy sauce, a dab of ketchup and red pepper flakes.
mix with chicken wings and broil. Yummy. I ate it for dinner and lunch.
I also made some Mock chopped liver that I am still eating.

3 large onions- sauteed till carmel
3 hardboiled eggs
1 can of green beans (15 ounce)
small can of peas
20 tam tam crackers
1/4 cup of walnuts

put in food processor to process then chill.

Much healthier than the chicken liver variety.

Sunny did inspire me to eat my oatmeal this morning.

This morning's breakfast has become my favorite...2 eggs scrambled w/fresh goat cheese, raw milk and fresh basil, a cup of blueberries (I loaded up at the farmer's market when they were in season and froze gobs of them) and a cup of coffee with steamed raw milk and stevia.

I'm hungry again just reading that!

I just had oatmeal with blueberries and rasberries with a smidge of honey and hershey syrup lite! And a nice cup of Coffee. And Sunny knows I got good coffee!

Anytime my Queen. Though its a friggin mess, not suited to your highness. But the coffees good and the kid is adorable!

Thats right you drank my coffee too. It was brewed in a mini brewer at a dump of a motel, where some outlets didnt work. I used a napkin as a filter!

ludcious I am going to make that chicken asap! I think it would be fine to use it on breasts too, or any kind of chicken cut? I love all the flavors in that!

Sunshine, I like to put cardamom in tea, coffee or baked goods, it's really yummy and you love all of those exotic spice flavors I bet you would love it.

We Norwegians love our cardomom!!

Today, I didn't have any food for breakfast so had to wait til we got back from the store to eat. I had 3 eggs scrambled up with about a slice of bacon crumbled in & a big glass of grapefruit juice. And 3 Stoks.

I ate a really effin great burger tonight with bleu cheese & mushrooms, mustard, lettuce & tomato on it. And a small side of de-scrumptious mac n cheese.

Gets out map to figure out how to walk 30 miles tomorrow to work off those calories. *snort*
