I made beef stew with carrots, potatoes, celery and mushrooms for dinner and had a bowl for lunch after NM left.

Chickenbreast, onions, red bellpeppers, sprouts, and garlic stirfried with homemade hot and sweet sauce. Glutinous rice to go with it. (I loves my ricecooker!)

No breakfast except coffee but we stopped at a diner this afternoon and I had a cheeseburger. Mein Gott! This diner makes the best burgers!

ARRGGGHHHH!!! I want a good cheeseburger really really badly!!!

But for dinner tonight, I had chicken & mushroom risotto & a small slice of whole grain bread dipped in olive oil. And water.

I am eating some steamed Maine shrimp because shrimp season just started, they are so fresh sweet and yummy, with some sauteed spinach and lemon squeezed on it.

I am cooking chicken cordon blue with a very sinful horseradish dijon mustard and cream sauce because that is what the Man requested for tomorrow, so I am prepping it now, with a blueberry pie. I am trying not to think of the calories in this meal, but hopefully if he loves it he will work it off me tomorrow with some delicous torment.

Oh Aynne you break my heart you are such a temptress! I love that in a girl.

Lobstermen. Yum... They always need a girl to cuddle and warm them up... Meh... that means them big bad boys are COLD.

But Aynne.... well I'm thinking you're reallllllllllllll warm. mmm hmmmm...

I will say some chowder sounds incredible.

I'm having my regular food - pre-breakfast (oatmeal with yogurt and fruit), breakfast (one egg with shrimp and veggies)... It lets me go to the gym on a not empty stomach but also keeps me from eating too much after. Yum.

And there is tilapia for lunch... and ohhh gosh I was thinking brown rice. We have these incredible spice shakers... Mediterenian (sp I know) blend... Ohhh yummmy!

I have been kind of crazy about my food lately. I'm eating incredibly healthy with lots of spices so that I don't feel deprived. And you know what? I don't!

And by the way, the winter Celestial Seasonings teas are out - Nutcracker Sweet, Gingerbread Spice, Candy Cane Lane, etc. I buy a bunch of them and keep them all year (yes, I take them with me). I love spice teas. Cinnamon, curry, bergamot, love that stuff!

Dang... I have just gone on and on.

I love tilapia, that sounds so good. Also, that is a great idea with the spices.

Those lobstermen are kind of damp, lol. I haven't actually dated on since high school, they can be kind of.......hmmm, not intellectual? They are good for being on calendars though.

. I am warm and cuddly tho.

I am eating badly this morning, two pieces of peanut butter toast and a sugar free redbull, I was up late doing stuff because my Honey comes home today after being gone and he likes things a certain way. Shocker that.
