ohmygawd, I am like soooo shallow. I have a strong preference for tall men, and although I've had LTR's with men who were exactly my height (5 8), I see absolutely nothing wrong with making height one of my hard limits. They have to be at least 6 feet tall. Period. I can certainly understanding a sub preferring their dominant (of whichever gender) be taller than they are, it sets up an automatic power dynamic based on size. I was involved with a guy who was 6 7 once, I had to kiss him on the stairs or get a crick in my neck. I have a few other hard limits when it comes to my partner's physical and mental characteristics, and if that makes people think I'm shallow because I won't date someone who is shorter than 6 feet tall or is more than a few pounds overweight, I don't care, their beliefs are their problem-not mine. I'm not about to date someone who doesn't turn me on. Obese guys absolutely gross me out-I've got limits on that for myself-I won't let myself get more than a few pounds overweight without doing something to correct the problem.

Now, that's not to say it could not...only that I have never been a situation that I would have to think about it.

I'm only five feet tall so I suppose if I was taller than him I'd have some issues with that. I haven't run into that problem yet. I do prefer taller men, though.
