I'll give that a fair enough. I would be far more happy with him if he vetoed SOME bills for being overladen with pork, just to make a point. Both sides of the aisle have been using bills as blank checks for too damned long.

I post articles because I like to back up what I say with information. And I hope people don't mind if I give myself a pat on the back because I think some of the articles or news stories I have provided have been very informative. I hope I haven't been insulting. Usually when I read what other people have to say I see other people going at it and I haven't thought of myself as being as bad as other people as far as the insults go; I always thought other people were more easy to let the insults go flying back and forth. For me, healthcare is a very sensitive matter because I have friends and family who have been and still are sick, so I want to see real healthcare reform. I have a very good friend in Los Angeles who has multiple sclerosis and my niece had meningitis in New York. So I don't want my friends and family to worry about health care anymore. I will be very glad to see the healthcare legislation finalized tomorrow, Monday.
