and yet the right DID SAY - anyone but Hillary.

And I was one of them....because I had more faith in the Democrats than to elect a junior Senator with no experience at anything but "community organizing" and with obvious radical left philosophies. Its the last time I overestimate the intelligence of the left.

I was conned by Obama too.   But not before the general election.  It is almost a full time job just to keep the govt from doing stupid things.

So is the Heritage Foundation now going to take up the battle against mandatory auto insurance too?

So when I get pulled over for speeding I can just flip off the cop when he asks me for proof of insurance?

You can choose not to own a car, and forgo auto insurance and live a happy life, but you cannot choose not live and forgo health insurance, and live a happy life.

“Nowhere in the Constitution is Congress given the power to mandate that an individual enter into a contract with a private party or purchase a good or service,” explains the Heritage Foundation. No decision or present doctrine of the Supreme Court justifies such a claim of power.

Heritage foundation or any other conservative couldnt care less if you have auto insurance to protect yourself. Only liability insurance is mandatory, to protect others from your stupidity.
