I'm calling BS, not on you but on them. They simply can't make something unrepealable. A future congress has all the authority of the present congress and could just make it repealable. Soon will come the broom to push the puppy's face into another bowl. (references upon request) T

Hmmm. If it takes a 2/3 vote to change a Senate rule and the poison clause is a change to a Senate rule, why doesnt it take 2/3 to pass a bill that includes a change to a Senate rule?
