The constitution says you will use gold and silver to pay your debts. Are you doing that? No you are not. You contracted with a private bank to use debt notes that can never pay a debt but merely put it off into the future as money. Now that makes you an enemy of the state but we wont get into that now.

Yes exactly we are based in common law as is every country of the english empire.
And in every country there is a strict definition of what constitutes an unconscionable contract but now you are trying to obfuscate that with some nonsense about jurisdiction.

Common law has nothing to do wiht every court in the country being incorporated.
An often used technique. Lacking an argument just throw out as much meaningless bullshit as possible and hope no one will take the time to investigate it.

I dug this out for a friend of mine to reference in a brief so what they heck in the spirit of good fun:
TITLE 28 > PART VI > CHAPTER 176 > SUBCHAPTER A > § 3002
(10) “Person” includes a
natural person (including an individual Indian),
a corporation,
a partnership,
an unincorporated association,
a trust,
an estate,
any other public or private entity,
including
a State
local government
Indian tribe.
(14) “State” means any of the several States,
the District of Columbia,
the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico,
the Commonwealth of the Northern Marianas, or
any territory or
possession of the United States.
(15) “United States” means—
(A) a Federal corporation;
(B) an agency, department, commission, board, or other
entity of the United States; or
(C) an instrumentality of the United States.
