Real one you claim to have nothing to gain, but before you kept trying to get people to join Norfed (or whatever they are calling them selves this week), so you would get a % of all the gold they bought.

For that, we thank you.

So, the govt ("our govt") could force everyone to buy a handgun?

According to precedent, apparently so. Especially because its for their own good.  [;)]

Off topic, but does anyone know how to nominate someone for the "Red List"?

Just wonderin'

The red list IS the no fly list.

All right the problem with centralized power- is one size does not fit all.  What works in IL might not work in PA.   When centralized power calls all the shots- local people are impotent to fix their own problems- with a flare that is uniquely to the local area.

tazzygirl -> RE: Health Bill, Gun Control, Its UnConstitutional! How can they get away with it? (12/26/2009 2:56:48 PM)

Curious, hunk... what wouldnt work in Ill that works in PA?

Sale tax on food and clothes.

Maybe forced shots- per the Amish.

Many towns have all volunteer fire fighters.

Maybe urban to rural would have been a better illustration.  Regulations on a county with 1 million people- are often not cost effective in counties of less then 100,000.    Unfunded mandates come to mind.

Small towns don't plow the roads as much as urban areas.    Some regs are almost like making a county of 30,000 build a sports stadium.   It is nice but not cost effective.

The problem with doing business with the corporation can be seen by taking one quick peek at the assessors roll.   If it were only the fire department and limited to the things you think you are getting....its not.  Your jaw will hit the floor when you see what you are really being charged for under the name "government".

Lucky my friend....

I see you still have it all wrong.

First I was never a member of norfed.

Second I have never done business with norfed on ANY level

Third I have never done anything that I have received a kickback on

Forth - if people did by the norfed silver they would have doubled their money.

Finally norfed has nothing to do with payouts on the futures markets.

So maybe now is a good time to update your records.

No not me.

They could any 14th amendment citizen however who is "subject to" the jurisdiction thereof.

"The meaning of 'sovereignty' is the decree of the sovereign makes law." American Banana Co. v. United Fruit Co., 29 S.Ct. 511, 513, 213 U.

CALIFORNIA GOVERNMENT CODE
SECTION 54950 et seq. 54950. In enacting this chapter, the Legislature finds and declares that the public commissions, boards and councils and the other public agencies in this State exist to aid in the conduct of the people's business. It is the intent of the law that their actions be taken openly and that their deliberations be conducted openly.

The people of this State do not yield their sovereignty to the agencies which serve them. The people, in delegating authority, do not give their public servants the right to decide what is good for the people to know and what is not good for them to know. The people insist on remaining informed so that they may retain control over the instruments they have created. 54950.5. This chapter shall be known as the Ralph M. Brown Act.

There is no legally enforceable contract you can make that requires something illegal.

Sure there are lots of them!

The constitution says you will use gold and silver to pay your debts.  Are you doing that?  No you are not.  You contracted with a private bank to use debt notes that can never pay a debt but merely put it off into the future as money.  Now that makes you an enemy of the state but we wont get into that now.

quote:

well you get into that hairy fine line of what is an "unconscionable contract", and if you are not within the corporate jurisdiction be it local national or international who can force performance upon you?

Yes exactly we are based in common law as is every country of the english empire.

And in every country there is a strict definition of what constitutes an unconscionable contract but now you are trying to obfuscate that with some nonsense about jurisdiction.

actually its not all that strict

quote:

but I am sure we can agree that this is not exactly common law?

We might if you ever offer your definition of it instead of the list of cases you pulled up that can't be accessed without a paid subscription.

Common law has nothing to do wiht every court in the country being incorporated.

An often used technique.  Lacking an argument just throw out as much meaningless bullshit as possible and hope no one will take the time to investigate it.

Its your lucky day!

I dug this out for a friend of mine to reference in a brief so what they heck in the spirit of good fun:

TITLE 28 > PART VI > CHAPTER 176 > SUBCHAPTER A > § 3002

(10) “Person” includes a

natural person (including an individual Indian),

a corporation,

a partnership,

an unincorporated association,

a trust,

an estate,

any other public or private entity,

including

a State

local government

Indian tribe.

(14) “State” means any of the several States,

the District of Columbia,

the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico,

the Commonwealth of the Northern Marianas, or

any territory or

possession of the United States.

(15) “United States” means—

(A) a Federal corporation;

(B) an agency, department, commission, board, or other

entity of the United States; or

(C) an instrumentality of the United States.

My imagination isnt "that" good that I could make this stuff up ya know.

Back up here cowboy.

Let's take just one. The government does own the land. Take a look at your title...guess who grants it? Same then applies to what's on it under it or over it. Has nothing to do with democracy--been that way for as long as there have been governments. Even nobles held land under charter from the king.

[image]http://www.rightwingnews.com/graphics/tinfoilcat.jpg[/image]

care to elaborate that a bit?

quote:

Many state constitutions (Arkansas, Wisconsin, Minnesota, New York) refer to allodial title, but only to clearly distinguish it from feudal title, which appears to be illegal throughout the United States.

sorry for using wiki but at least the part in bold is correct.

They don't enforce it but it has been tried before.... http://www.rense.com/general9/gunlaw.htm

I share an address with the city but they have no legal bearing on the area in which I live....

*shakes head*

Who needs government shills, when the ignorant masses will do it for free?

Thats why its always good to toss in the legal definition. The subject to is a great one that goes along with the 14th amendment we have down here in lower canada.  LOL

Hey man sup!

yeh well I accidentally hit the boards and it all went through so I thought I would do a little teaching.

It appears though that there is little interest in gaining real freedom as you can see from one of my previous posts how the 14th amendment creates slaves out of everyone and that definition is right out of blacks law!  LOL

[image]local://upfiles/59055/8C65F92E07C34D269F579F8A9AFD29BA.jpg[/image]

Now thats a tough pill to swallow for most americans.

There is nothing forcing anyone to be "governed" or under the 14th but they choose to remain so anyway.

You know how the saying goes....the best slave is the one who thinks he is free!  LOL

Thats the beauty of freedom you have the freedom to stay a slave if you like.

Great business for all the political boards out here, just get that left right war going and they wil be at each other throats forever!  LOL
