You DO realise, don't you, that these statements would automatically disqualify you from being selected to appear on the jury ?

There is always method in madness.

In this case, I think it's more like randomness in stupidity .

Steven, that's correct but it's only "law" (if) they enforce it and (if) people obey it.
If the American People simply ignore it there's not a lot that can be done about it is there? In Massachusetts where I grew up they have some of the most restrictive gun laws in the country but loads of people carry guns anyway and always have and I'm not talking about drug dealers or criminals.
If I were on jury duty in Mass. and someone was charged by the "State" with carrying a gun "illegally" it'd be an automatic "not guilty" from me.
I've lived in Myrtle Beach, S.C. for five years now and I have yet to be called for jury duty but if I were bank robbers would get an automatic "not guilty" from me.
And how many prosecutors would be willing to charge someone based on an "executive order" that most people aren't even (aware of) much less finding a jury that would convict? Sure, "ignorance of the law" is no excuse but those "laws" have to be written and published, *"in the light of day."*

So, let me see if I understand this.

Because you support gun rights anyone using a gun in a crime would get a not guilty vote if you were on a jury?

Would that include this guy too, or are you just singling out bank robbers?

Final Words Of Virginia Tech Massacre Killer ...

Rule, you don't understand it.
I have always liked Bank Robbers, but not the ones in suits with "degrees", the ones who have the balls to do it, not the ones high on drugs but the "old school guys" who know how to do it and not get caught and don't hurt anyone.
The ones who'd hold a door open for an old lady as they were making their getaway. They do their homework and it pays off.
They're the ones who get the respect from the others in the criminal "community". Real stand up guys! The crackheads who rob banks and get caught because they didn't do their homework and have no regard for other people give Bank Robbers a bad name!
It doesn't take any balls to forge a bunch of figures and swindle a bank out of millions with a pen either does it?
I have a lot more respect for *some* Bank Robbers than I do for "presidential directives."
And I don't have any respect for banks or the giant corporations that own them. Only now it's "us" that own many of them due to their incompetance!
Rule, you need to understand that "Banks" are not "the good guys." They're *"the bad guys"* and they deserve whatever happens to them.

The ones who don't exist outside of gangster films, you mean?

All that you said and not to mention Scooter Lewis Libby getting a pardon. Hypocrites and the law is not for everybody. When are Bush and Cheney going to be put on trial along with Tony Blair for their war crimes? Not to mention the crooks on Wall Street Obama is not investigating.
