ORIGINAL: Psychonaut23 I'm aware of at least one case where a man went to jail for an entirely consensual weekend of entirely sober rough sex because a) the woman involved told her mother about it and was pressured into pressing charges, and b) the prosecutor invoked rape shield laws to prevent the man from presenting correspondence between himself and the woman, including the contract they agreed on. Link, please, or it didn't happen. quote:
And can we please not pretend that people don't get drunk and fuck all the time. Can you please go back and reread what you wrote that started this. Maybe reevaluate your approach? quote:
Consent given before inebriation for acts to be commited while inebriated is very different than consent given while inebriated. Sure. Let's say your proposition consisted entirely of "let me take you out for some drinks, and when you're too drunk to stop me, we'll really have some fun." And the lady says "OK!" Do you think you've been granted blanket consent to do whatever the hell you want to the lady once she's "too drunk" to stop you? Or, maybe, just maybe, would you need to have a little bit more detailed conversation about the matter? Because I can see a guy making that proposition in a joking fashion and the lady taking it as such. If a guy said that to me, no way would I think that I was consenting to a rape-play scenario just because I didn't smack him and walk away after he said it. quote:
You endorsed the post by the simpleton, and he was bashing my kink. So yeah, you certainly were. Again, strongly recommend you go back and read his post with an open mind. He wasn't bashing your kink. He was bashing your execution and suggesting ways to improve it. Sunshine...you're overweight, geeky and full of yourself. You're also giving yourself way too much credit for reading about stuff as experience. Instead of trying to bluff your way into a relationship, why don't you take a deep breath, take the attitude down a notch, and open your mind up to learning more from people. Yes, even people with unusual fonts. I know, it took me a while to get used to the goofy colors and shit. But some pretty wise things are written around here in purple.
