Not to fluffy. I like them firm... a pancake with a thud!

Status: offline 		I just tossed a bunch I made up this morning into the freezer for another day. Blueberry pancakes, not as heavy as french toast but I wouldn't consider them fluffy and light either.

Shall I arrange to have them shipped to you? I'll need your FedEx account number...
