Heavy pancakes? Ick, ick, ick. Have french toast instead made from whole wheat bread, they'll be heavy. And if you aren't going to have syrup, why have pancakes?

I just tossed a bunch I made up this morning into the freezer for another day. Blueberry pancakes, not as heavy as french toast but I wouldn't consider them fluffy and light either. Shall I arrange to have them shipped to you? I'll need your FedEx account number...
