It is not allowed nor should be be. You have no idea if the poster is sincere or if they are making wild accusations because he/she did not work out with that individual

And no, there isn't a place to black list people on CM. The day they put in such a place I'll probably leave. It's far too easy for someone to get pissed and make something up or for there to be a misunderstanding of intentions and some poor sod be blacklisted when they thought they were just doing what the other person wanted.

As what gets you booted... check your TOS.
