I'll have a look see for the article, but I've had bad luck finding his stuff online. add: Well, I'm 95% sure the article was "Jimmy Carter and the Great Leap of Faith," but all I can find is a pdf of his collection, "The Great Shark Hunt," and that's not gonna work
