Dish used to have horrible customer service, and billing departments, getting replacement equipment meant paying a fee, and it was almost impossible to cancel their service without paying a hefty penalty, even after the 2 year agreement was up. All that changed about 4 years ago, when Direct TV became real competition. We've had Dish going on 6 years now, without any of the aforementioned problems, in fact Dish replaced our DVR & a remote, the dog literally ate at no charge to us . Thanks, subrob!!! Brighthouse (cable) isn't all that bad, just so expensive. These days the pennies count Thanks again!!
