At one time or another, every one of us was new to the boards and had to endure some thickening of the skin to endure. Doesn't make it right but that's the nature of this type of communications media as far back as I've been using computers (1977 if you need to know). If you wish to not see all posts from one or more participants, you can hide their entries by clicking on the "Hide" feature that appears in the lower-left corner of each post. As this will hide every post made by that person, some threads may appear to read disjointed or out of whack. Please note that although hiding their posts will work, the system will not hide any parts of their messages that may be included as quote-backs inside posts made by other people. If you feel that individual posts are too offensive, you have the option of using the "Report" feature that is found in the bottom right-hand corner of each post. Once you click on that a pop-up form will appear where you can supply info on why you feel that post is offensive. This form is sent to the moderation staff who will take a look and make a determination at their own schedule. If the post is offensive in their determination, they may delete it from the thread. If you feel another user is giving you problems in general, you can send a message to the Support staff thusly: visit the CollarMe page and scroll all the way to the bottom. Click on the "Support" link and in the resulting form, choose "Problem with another user" from the drop-down suggestions in the Subject field. Type in your complaint then send off the form.
