My skin usually heals in nice straight keloid scars even when I'm trying to get them to go away so I think it would look pretty good. Plus it would last longer than the plain cutting I had done a few years ago. Your right about people being absolutely sure but I think its initially such a scary thing that you have to really want it to have it done.

chia.. I bet it looks beautiful and it must give you such lovely memories!

NihulusZero.. I think its the person doing the skin removal that needs the balls. Cut too deep and your in real trouble. Cut too shallow your not going to end up with a scar. On top of that you can't be at all nervous as you have to have a very steady hand!

afterforever... your so lucky if you know you get keloid scaring. Cutting has far less guarantee of scaring even when its re-done several times.

Unless it involves the use of fingernails, I'm not sure if my proficiency would qualify.
