I am one of those who enjoys eating it very much, to where I consider it almost a selfish pleasure on my part. But I also know there are some men who don't, and that's their kink.
As the opposite side of the coin to the ones asking, "are you willing to lose the relationship over it", I would ask, "is he?"
I can understand people hating something like anal which can be painful and unpleasant, or toilet play, or some of the extremes play that goes on. But cunnilingus is so common, so unextraordinary, I would have to wonder at a man who would make it so big an obstacle.
I wonder, for instance, what other things that might be unpleasant to him- changing diapers, going to visit mom-in-law, etc. that would suddenly be declared "Vanilla! Hard Limit!"
