Actually by blacks using the word "nigga" it has taken a shitload of sting out of the word "nigger." It is now a term used rather commonplace amongst all peoples. Perhaps it has taken the sting out of it for you and your "peeps" but it hasn't for most of the blacks I know, one of whom is my best friend. Your reasoning is the same excuse that has been used for who knows how long. I'm more than aware of what many blacks thinks it achieves. I'm also aware that my best friend's son is berated when he goes to his dad's home town because he speaks "proper english" and is accused of acting white. Talk about perpetuating a stereotype to one's own deficit.

If you paid nearly as much attention to your reading comprehension as you do your need to spout out stupidity every chance you get, you would see that I didn't say it should be off limits. I said there is a time and place, and that thread was neither. Since you seem to need to go all "hood" would you go up to the grieving mother of one of your "peeps" and say "damn, Tyrone should have moved faster, he would still be here." Honestly, because you seem to be utterly devoid of class, you probably would, but it wouldn't be appropriate at that time.
It isn't a matter of not being able to take a joke (ok, clearly it is for some), it is more a matter of you not being nearly as funny as you seem to believe that you are. Then again, not many people ever find "wiggers" funny. Pathetic, yes. Funny, no.
