No. We generally sleep in each other's arms. The one time I was not allowed to be in His arms was a punishment. I cried myself to sleep. (My offense was that I bought a pack of cigarettes and smoked one-- I was not allowed to smoke while I was with Him.)

I've slept tied up, though, but still In His arms.

It is danged lonely. There is a certain kind of sexiness about it in theory but in reality kind of impractical.

I like how things are now...

I'm a very tactile person and need touch and all that stuff.

my alpha slave usually sleeps with me. bruno would sleep on the floor and be on call thoughout the night for me or oldman slave

Alandra used to be required to sleep on the floor whenever he was not in the bed. That changed about a year before I moved into the house. It was partly due to age but mostly because he was away from home more often than he was at home.

He has never required me to sleep on the floor and that is because I have struggled with insomnia. Falling asleep for me isn't easy; staying asleep is difficult and getting up in the more is really hard. I don't sleep well, so he tries to keep my sleep schedule very structured to help me sleep better.

I was, once. I didn't like it, but I didn't mind either, as I wasn't that into the man who ordered it, and I had more space to myself on the floor. If it was with a man I'd loved it would be harder, as I'm a very physical person and enormously enjoy sleeping with someone.

Nope, I sleep in her arms, which is where I prefer! I can't imagine her making me sleep on the floor, and it would certainly be hard for both of us. We're very cuddly.

I used to be made to sleep on the floor in a previous relationship. However, if it happened now, I think it would bother me a lot as I like to be close.

Only when I screw up pretty bad. Although, now that we have hard wood floors he sends me up to the air mattress in the guest bedroom upstairs. I figure it feels about as bad emotionally as sleeping on the wood floor would feel physically.

In a past relationship, my bed was the floor when we were together. I was given a blanket and a pillow. It was hard, cold, uncomfy, and, as sunshinemiss said, lonely. On good days I could sleep on the bed at the foot of it, but his kicking feet usually sent me to the floor of my own accord.

My relationship now is much different. He wants me beside him, which was actually difficult for me to adjust to at first, but I love it. I know he can kick me to the floor if he ever wants to, so I am grateful for his arms around me at night.

I've never been made to sleep on the floor. If I ever were, I'd consider it a horrible punishment & I'd feel terrible and wonder what I'd done to deserve it. When Sir & I were together, we always slept cuddled close at night in the bed. :)

No, i'm not require to do that. my feelings on it are ...It would not work well for me, AT ALL.

Some require that...So, in The very beginning..when a guy, and i were getting to KNOW each other...i would learn he would require something like that and moved on.

For me, that would be a no go. The man and I are both bed hogs and don't live together. When we do spend the night, it can get a bit uncomfortable. Both used to sleeping in the middle and not "cuddlers" when we sleep, he snores like freight train and I often have to get up to go to the bathroom at least once a night. He also likes to sleep with the light and the radio both on, and I like dark and quiet. Usually the compromise is the radio goes off because he knows that it is difficult for me to shut my brain off sometimes. He says that he needs the light to see if he gets up in the night. It's a small house and the bathroom is less than 10 feet away. After a year, he should be able to find it, lol. The other night, for some reason, the radio stayed on and the light was out. You know what? It was too fucking dark when I got up to use the bathroom! Those are the types of things I hate him being right about, lol.

Anyway, even with all those "obstacles" he would never ask me to sleep on the floor. It's just not something that would occur in our relationship, or any relationship I had. I have, however, on occasion considered getting up and going to sleep on the couch so we each had a little more of our own "space" and slept better. But because we both have schedules that prevent us from spending the night more than once a week usually, I never do because even with those problems, I love knowing he is only a few inches away and I can reach out and touch him. That's the worst part of our scheduling issues is not having enough time to touch him.

Nope. He likes me right beside him and in his arms.

My thoughts? For me, personally, I have WAY too many issues trying to get to sleep as it is without adding addictional factors. For others... whatever works.

I absolutely adore sleeping next to my sir... especially when he gives me two-armed cuddles (they make the rest of the world just melt away as I feel so safe and loved when I feel his arms around me).
I do however get the erdge to sit and sometimes even sleep at his feet so sleeping on the floor would sometimes suit me better.

Hmmm... as for being tied up, well, I think I'd quite like that from time to time too. Maybe just a lead from my collar to the headboard or to have one or two of my arms loosely restrained (allowing some movement). I dont think I would be able to stand having my legs restrained though, I need to move them too much in my sleep to stop my knees cramping up.
I'd quite like to wakon up by feeling a slight tug on my restraint as sir traces his hand down it towards my skin and across my body.

And what happens if you need to go to the bathroom or get a tissue. Not to mention having no sleep due to the cold floor? Waking up with circulation impaired because of limited movement. How does he propose to fix everything he caused? And how are you supposed to drive safely after such a night?

I was made to sleep on the floor (or in a closet bound) with a few different men in the last 9-10 years of being single...but i always knew they would come and release me to sleep in bed with them and I was right each time...ha ha..to be serious.. I think most times it was a test and I passed it as I made no noise...etc.

I'm quite lucky as I am quite a hot person anyway (temperature wise) and a single blanket is usually more than enough to keep off a chill.
I also sleep on the floor sometimes because of my back so its no skin off my nose anyway and lastly I used to be a girl guide, as long as my hips are padded out a bit I can sleep pretty much anywhere

As far as circulation through lack of movement is concerned my arms stay still when I'm asleep and as it is I quite often wake up with a dead arm or severe pins and needles... its just how I am anyway.
