Loki, some of us who have been through some experiences that fall into domestic abuse will feel much stronger about this type of thing than others. We could even be more excitable about it. I know I can and maybe I have shown that here on this thread. But don't you think that this is a bit of a trigger for you? I am not trying to use what you said as a tool here... but maybe, just maybe... there may be more to your argument here?

I simply can't stand the repeated 'old-school' rhetoric of women being able to hit men and it's "ok" but but but but...."men DON'T HIT women." It's utterly assinine. Women want equality....but only when it suits them. I've been saying that for years. This thread is just one more example of it.

Unlike the post we've been debating, I never escalate things here. It's something my detractors never seem to notice. I'll happily tip-toe down to immature land if someone opens the door, but I let them open that door first. I readily admit I can be an abrasive asshole. It's part of my charm. However, there's a vast diference between being abrasive and being childish enough to call people names. She wants to be childish and call me names, I will happily meet fire with fire.
