I'll be the first to admit I'm inexperienced, I'll gladly admit that. Age is no excuse for immaturity for me, or anyone else. I'm not immature, I'm not meek, and I'm not stupid. I am in no rush to become older, nor experienced. I'll gladly take any experience anyone is willing to share with me, but there's no rush. Who said there was?
My profile is very to the point, and highlights upon my personality. My journal entries are rantings and what not. I really don't see the problem. Some of the people in here should pop a midol. I honestly wonder if people go in here just to flame sometimes.

You probably are looked down on as younger and inexperienced. There's not much you can do about that. You can't really rush getting older and more experienced. Don't get bitter about it, just accept it. Be honest and positive about who you are so that when you're given a quick once over by someone open to dealing with your youth/inexperience you will come across as someone who is open to growing, not as a person suffering from a cranky and impatient sense of entitlement. Not to suggest that yours is the worst journal I've seen in this regard. But you really are focusing too much on the negative.
I'm sorry, but I'm 21 too and I thought exactly the same thing Lucienne did when I read your profile. Your profile is an ad for you on a dating site. If it 'highlights your personality' as you say, then at the moment all that is coming across is that you like to whine.
That's unattractive-imagine if you tried to hit on someone in a bar by complaining constantly about how awful everyone else in the entire building was and how much they all hate you because of this and that and how terrible it is that you can't get laid and how it's all everyone else's fault...
This is not a flame. This is me stating a fact-if you wrote to me out of the blue I would ignore the message. Not because you are young. Not because you are inexperienced. Because the negativity in your profile in no way gives the impression that you are someone I would want to know.
I would also point out that I am your age and I've never once been flamed here because of it-the main attitude I've come across is that people are glad for me because I've found collarme so young, so I can use it as a resource to help me work things out. I'm thinking it's not really your age that is the problem here.
